The San Francisco School-To-Clinic Transgender Pipeline

Is it to anyone surprise that the schools in San Francisco, even after members recently were recalled, is not only helping children “transition” but is dedicated to keeping it secret from parents?

American Judge Strikes Blow Against The Duo-Normative Diarchy

The idea of “marriage equality” has been extended to declare one’s biological sex is irrelevant, yet the limitation of the institution to only two people is still a fight being fought. Recently the attempt to smash the duo-normative diarchy has seen victories domestically and abroad. Now, a New York judge has declared that polyamorous relationships have the same protection that two-person relationships did.

“Why then, except for the very real possibility of implicit majoritarian animus, is the limitation of two persons inserted into the definition of a family-like relationship for the purposes of receiving the same protections from eviction accorded to legally formalized or blood relationships? Is ‘two’ a ‘code word’ for monogamy? Why does a person have to be committed to one other person in only certain prescribed ways in order to enjoy stability in housing after the departure of a loved one? Why does the relationship have to be characterized by ‘exclusivity’? Why is holding each other out to the community as a family a factor? Perhaps, as in the instant case, the triad has chosen to closet their relationship from others? Perhaps the would-be successor is not ‘out’. Maybe they do not believe their ‘real family is open to alternative kinds of relationships. ‘Holding out’ discounts the existence of prejudice and misunderstanding about communities and people that are not ‘normie.’ Do all nontraditional relationships have to comprise or include only two primary persons?

“…

“However, what was ‘normal’ or ‘nontraditional’ in 1989 is not a barometer for what is normal or nontraditional now. Indeed, the definition of “family” has morphed considerably since 1989. Specifically, many articles have been written about multi-person relationships in recent years, revealing a preference that for some has long been known. For example, a recent article from The New Yorker magazine describes the broadening recognition of such relationships and how these relationships are challenging the norm:

“‘In February 2020, the Utah legislature passed a so-called Bigamy Bill, decriminalizing the offense by downgrading it from a felony to a misdemeanor. In June [2020], Somerville, Massachusetts, passed an ordinance allowing groups of three or more people who “consider themselves to be a family” to be recognized as domestic partners….[T]he neighboring town of Cambridge followed suit, passing a broader ordinance recognizing multi-partner relationships. The law has proceeded even more rapidly in recognizing that it is possible for a child to have more than two legal parents. In 2017, the Uniform Law Commission, an association that enables states to harmonize their laws, drafted a new Uniform Parentage Act, one provision of which facilitates multiple-parent recognition. Versions of the provision have passed in California, Washington, Maine, Vermont, and Delaware, and it is under consideration in several other states. Courts in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Texas, Arizona, and Louisiana have also supported the idea of third parents. American conservatism has long mourned the proliferation of single parents, but, if two parents are better than one, why are three parents worse?’ { The New Yorker magazine, March 22, 2021 issue, How Polyamorists and Polygamists Are Challenging Family Norms. Gaia Goes Corporate And Gets An Ambassador Too

If you can’t beat the evil Capitalists… join ‘em. A British company has given “Nature” a seat on its board of director, or more specifically a guardian legally bound to represent Gaia.

“We’ve put our faith in Nature for almost 50 years, both in our products and in our ethos. But 2022 calls for a different approach than 1974. So we’ve re-written our constitution to give Nature a voice and a vote on how Faith In Nature is run.

“By making Nature a director of our company, we hope to make better informed decisions around topics that impact it. And let’s face it, everything does. That’s why this matters.

“We have faith in a future where Nature’s rights are represented, and respected, in every business. So we’re sharing our process in the hope that others will do the same.

“Watch our film for the 5 minute story or get technical with our Q&A below. If you’d like to give Nature a vote at your company, please leave your details and we’ll be in touch.”

Specifically, they are giving the seat to an activist group:

“The way we’re putting this into practice is through the legal ‘guardianship’ model. Nature will be represented on the board through a proxy role whereby a human who is legally bound to speak on behalf of the natural world, acts on behalf of Nature (much as a guardian acts on behalf of a child in the courts of law). The presence of this representative for Nature will fundamentally impact how we do business and ensure that Nature has a voice and a seat at the table on major business decisions.

“To start us off, Nature will first be represented by Lawyers for Nature, one of the legal teams who helped us create this model and who advocate for Nature on a daily basis. This board representative will work in concert with a committee of environmental experts, to make Nature’s case on all major board decisions. Going forward, the role will rotate and can be extended to any other individual legally bound to speak on behalf of the natural world.

“The core idea is for the interests of Nature to be represented in business decision making. This means that wherever decisions with an impact on Nature are discussed, Nature (through its 2 representative) should be present and involved in decision making.”

This is a form of “stakeholder capitalism” where “impacted” groups have the same say as the actual owners, if not moreso. It is a woke crypto-Leftism where Leftist elites take control of corporations without needing nationalization or by formal government dictates.   Of course, this does not mean that it won’t be made mandatory by government. After all, places like Germany mandate workers representatives hold nearly half of all board seats in larger corporations.

This is anti-capitalist and a taking from the actual owners who might not agree.

“Not only that, but board members are fiduciaries of the business with their duties owed exclusively to the corporation and its stockholders –not any outside constituency they might want to represent. And what responsibility would nature have toward the corporation itself? That’s a nonsensical question, of course, because nature is not a conscious, moral entity.

“In actuality, the appointed proxy will merely be representing his or her own ideology and worldview. I mean, there would surely be a difference between the priorities I would further as nature’s proxy on the board and those that might be advocated by, say, the hard leftwing environmentalist Bill McKibben. So, the board will merely decide the path it wishes to tread and appoint the proxy accordingly.”

But no only is Gaia getting a seat on a corporate board, Gaia is getting an ambassador via the United States!

“As temperatures rise and habitats shrink, hundreds of thousands of plant and animal species around the world are at risk of vanishing.

“For the first time, the United States is designating a special diplomat to advocate for global biodiversity amid what policymakers here and overseas increasingly recognize as an extinction crisis.

“Monica Medina is taking on a new role as special envoy for biodiversity and water resources, the State Department announced Wednesday. She currently serves as the department’s assistant secretary for oceans and international environmental and scientific affairs.

“The appointment underscores the Biden administration’s desire to protect land and waters not just at home but to also conserve habitats abroad.”

What a stupid time to be alive.

Quick Takes – Wokeness Everywhere: Everyone Is An Informant For Anti-Racism; Halloween Cancellation; Shade Equity

Another “quick takes” on items where there is too little to say to make a complete article, but is still important enough to comment on.

The focus this time: It ain’t just limited to academia.

     First, a little mood music:

     Carrying on…

A woke school district has, unsurprisingly, an “Anti-racism, Anti-Discrimination[,] and Anti-Harassment Policy”. But now they are demanding that the entire town the school is located in to not only adhere but inform on those unwoke violators of said policy.

“The ‘Anti-racism, Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy’ at South Kingstown school district in Rhode Island says anyone in the educational community is ‘personally responsible’ and must ‘immediately report’ different kinds of racism including, ‘cyber racism,’ ‘interpersonal racism’ and ‘institutional racism,’ according to the district policy. The policy states that “any member of South Kingstown is encouraged to report incidents or allegations of incidents” that break anti-racism policy guidelines. …

“The school district administers ‘No Contact Orders,’ prohibiting any verbal and physical contact between the alleged offender and victim, once a report is filed, the policy states. The policy aims to create a district that is ‘actively anti-racist and anti-discriminatory.’

“‘The South Kingstown School District Anti-Racism policy creates a paranoid, stasi-style online reporting system for any member of the Town of South Kingstown to report not only incidents of racism, but also cyber racism and interpersonal racism as defined by the district,’ Nicole Solas, South Kingstown resident and Independent Women’s Forum senior fellow, told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

“Violations of the policy include racism, defined as ‘systemic oppression of a racial group,’ and cyber racism, which is racism on websites and blogs, as well as text messages, emails, images and videos, the policy stated. Interpersonal racism, defined as pre-judgment or bias in ‘privately held beliefs, conscious and unconscious and external behaviors and actions towards others,’ and institutional racism, which is “inequitable outcomes for students who identify as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color in institutions,” are both included in the policy.”

National Education Association Wants To Teach Kids About Bondage, Fisting, And More

Children, especially in public schools, are increasingly not properly taught how to read, write, or do arithmetic. Clearly they feel that they don’t have time for such things when there are more important subjects to teach kids like bondage & domination or how to properly shove your fist where the sun don’t shine.

Firing Line Friday: The Southern Imagination

In the hopes of encouraging a more civil, and illuminating, discourse, here is another episode of William F. Buckley, Jr.’s “Firing Line”.

Though not so much these days, the South stood apart, for good or ill, half a century ago.   Let us look back upon how Southern literature so influenced beyond mere borders as William F. Buckley, Jr. discussed with Eudora Welty, Jerry Ward, Dan Hise, Gordon Weaver, and Walker Percy in the discussion of The Southern Imagination.

Quick Takes – Racial Wokeness: Racial Quotas; Racial Bans; Racism For Cash

Another “quick takes” on items where there is too little to say to make a complete article, but is still important enough to comment on.

The focus this time: Four Legs Good; Two Legs Bad.

     First, a little mood music:

     Carrying on…

President Biden is pushing for “equity” in school discipline, which means that some kids who shouldn’t be punished will, and some who should won’t.

“As National Youth Justice Action Month is marked in October, the Biden administration is again voicing allegations of racial disparity in juvenile misconduct prosecution, with a September 30 proclamation decrying such bias.

“The statement underscores the Biden administration’s dubious portrayal of racial disparities in school discipline and has led education watchdogs to question — and debunk — the narrative.

“Biden’s proclamation stated it is ‘imperative that we root out racial inequities.”

Can’t debate as well as a White student? Don’t worry, you don’t have to blame a crappy education when you can just not allow Whitey to debate!

“Student-run debate organizations at Northeastern University and Boston College co-hosted the American Parliamentary Debate Association’s (APDA) ‘inaugural BIPOC tournament’ and explicitly prohibited white students from competing.

“The BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and people of color,) only tournament included teams from multiple universities including the University of Chicago.

“As The Chicago Thinker reported this past semester, The University of Chicago informed students the BIPOC debate was only open to anyone who ‘does not identify as white.’”

If the stick doesn’t work, spread wokeness with a woke carrot!

“A public Tennessee university is offering professors financial incentives for “infusing” social justice into their classes.

“The University of Memphis told faculty they could collect a $3,000 stipend for redesigning their curricula to align with the university’s commitment to ‘diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice,’ according to an email sent to all faculty obtained by the Washington Free Beacon. The offer is part of the university’s ‘Eradicating Systemic Racism and Promoting Social Justice Initiative.’

“Interested faculty are asked to submit a copy of syllabi to be reworked as well as a 500-word ‘narrative’ on their ‘diversity, equity, and inclusion philosophy’ and how the new lessons will “address disparities” in their subject area.”

Michigan Schools — Out: Education. In: Dismantling Society

Critical Race Theory and Critical Gender Theory are intersectional in opposition to the Kyriarchy, and blames the existence of two and only two genders on “systems of oppression”.   Being Critical Theories, they require praxis—that is, proactive measures to effect change—and that praxis is the indoctrination of children to make a nouveau “Red Guard” whose sole purpose is not to be educated but to be the foot soldier in the woke quest to dismantle those “systems”… that is, our society.

Christopher Rufo has yet again uncovered primary documentation of these indocrinators in their own words.
