<\/p>\nWhat does \u201che\u201d mean?\u00a0 What does \u201cshe\u201d mean?\u00a0 To the vast majority of the English speaking world, \u201che\u201d is the personal pronoun used towards a male person, while \u201cshe\u201d is the personal pronoun used towards a female person.\u00a0 This is as it always has been, because the fact that the two biological sexes have always been regarded as different, with the differing pronouns making it clear as to what the speaker is speaking about.<\/p>\n

However, these fundamental definitions are on the verge of being overthrown.\u00a0 Long has the left wished to abolish any notion of \u201cgender<\/a>.\u201d and they are achieving that be declaring that \u201cgender\u201d is a social construct, while the differences between the biological sexes is just a superficial difference of who has which reproductive organs, and that those differences between the sexes are irrelevant to anything and everything else.<\/p>\n To this end, a multitude of \u201cgenders\u201d are invented<\/a>.\u00a0 While there are \u201cneutral<\/a>\u201d pronouns around, that is not transgressive<\/a> enough.\u00a0 \u201cHe\u201d has been redefined to refer not to a male, but someone who simply fancies his or herself as a male.\u00a0 \u201cShe\u201d has also been similarly redefined.\u00a0 It is the small cabal of \u201cgender studies\u201d professors and think-tank minions who are pushing this, all under the guise of \u201ctolerance.\u201d<\/p>\n Kevin D. Williamson<\/a> has recently caught the ire of the Politically Correct Left over at the U.K.\u2019s Telegraph<\/a>, where it was declared that whether or not one \u201cis a woman is not a question of biology it\u2019s a question of language.\u201d<\/p>\n True, it is as much a question of language as to whether war means peace, hate means love, or that one increased choco rations from 30 grammes to 25 grammes.<\/p>\n This is but the latest example of the Left\u2019s war on words<\/a>.\u00a0 When \u201che\u201d unquestionably refered to a male person, and \u201cshe\u201d to a female person, any man who demanded that others refer to him as a \u201cshe\u201d would have been laughed off, because a man isn\u2019t\u00a0 \u201cshe.\u201d\u00a0 Now that \u201che\u201d and \u201cshe\u201d are just \u201csocial constructs\u201d (unless they are trans-gendered, in which case the person is born that way), the demand isn\u2019t laughed off.\u00a0 Quite the contrary, that person\u2019s opinion becomes sacrosanct to the point that is practically a hate crime to not blindly agree with this topsy-turvy use of simple personal pronouns!<\/p>\n This is not about \u201caccurate\u201d use of established language, but of using words to impose the Left\u2019s power (a true<\/em> privilege) on others.\u00a0 Perhaps Humpty Dumpty said it best:<\/p>\n ‘When I use a word,’ Humpty Dumpty said, in rather a scornful tone, ‘it means just what I choose it to mean \u2014 neither more nor less.’<\/p>\n ‘The question is,’ said Alice, ‘whether you can make words mean so many different things.’<\/p>\n ‘The question is,’ said Humpty Dumpty, ‘which is to be master \u2014 that’s all.’<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" What does \u201che\u201d mean?\u00a0 What does \u201cshe\u201d mean?\u00a0 To the vast majority of the English speaking world, \u201che\u201d is the personal pronoun used towards a male person, while \u201cshe\u201d is the personal pronoun used towards a female person.\u00a0 This is … Continue reading \n
