     The 2nd<\/sup> Amendment states in full:<\/p>\n

“A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

     In 2008 the Supreme Court correctly ruled<\/a> that this was an individual right.\u00a0 Despite the clear language of the use of a declaratory clause and the recognition of a broader right to arms (all the rights in the Bill of Rights were declaratory or restrictive on the government, and not a grany by<\/em> the government), there are plenty of anti-2nd<\/sup> Amendment advocates who refuse to accept this and insist that the term “right of the people” two different things in the same document.<\/p>\n

     What are these anti-2nd<\/sup> Amendment types to do then?\u00a0 Why, they just re-write<\/a> the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment in the school books<\/a>!<\/p>\n

     They clearly have in interest in propagating their lie by teaching<\/a> that lie<\/a> to students, especially those taking advanced classes from which the new generation<\/a> of the elite will be chosen.<\/p>\n

     Despite the Heller decision, our inalienable rights are not secure.\u00a0 They are never<\/em><\/strong> secure.\u00a0 We must constantly renew ourselves to the founding principles of liberty, or those principles will be lost forever.<\/p>\n

     Update<\/strong>: It looks like this incident is far from being an isolated one<\/a>.<\/p>\n
