     The Progressive left consider that the hoi polloi<\/em> are moldable and ought to be trained to think what the Progressives want them to think, and act how the Progressives want them to act.\u00a0 They treat people like Pavlov<\/a>‘s dog, ready to be conditioned and trained like pets.\u00a0 There is no more effective tool of conditioning than fear:<\/p>\n

     That the Progressives believe that while also believing in “equality” and the worship of the volont\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/em>, simply underscores the irrationality of their beliefs.<\/p>\n

     They have become more bold in the past few years, even going so far as to admit that their intent as public officials and civil servants is not to execute the law impartially, or to serve the people, but to change behavior<\/a>.\u00a0 IRS’s former director of tax-exempt organizations, Lois Learner<\/a>, during the IRS-Teay Party<\/a> scandal even went so far as to claim that “[r]eceiving a thick questionnaire from the IRS, she says, is a ‘behavior changer.'”<\/p>\n

     This is no aberration<\/a>, as the EPA has also decided to “crucify” and make examples out of pseudo-random companies in order to rule over the others without complain by sheer force of fear.<\/p>\n
