Students will study what is \u2018necessary\u2019 to \u2018substantiate viable alternatives\u2019 to the system.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe course\u2019s subject matter uses several disciplines to examine how capitalism supposedly \u201cdisrupts Earth system processes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2018. . . in analyzing the making of the world-system economy\/ecology of Euroamerican colonial capitalist modernity, [the course] also charts the histories of alternative social ecologies,\u2019 the description says.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe \u2018living history\u2019 course seeks to \u2018substantiate viable alternatives and transformative paradigms like (eco)feminism,(eco)Marxism; postcolonialism, decolonialism, Indigenous, post-development, degrowth, post-extractivism, and environmental\/climate justice.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5371\" src=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"37\" srcset=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif 500w, https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line-300x22.gif 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Magical healing of the planet is something that education is intended to dispel from students minds.
