Here\u2019s Canada\u2019s doctors <a href=\"https:\/\/nationalpost.com\/news\/canada\/canada-maid-medical-aid-in-dying-consent-doctors\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">on orders from the government<\/a> to suggest it to you!<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c[A] guidance document produced by Canada\u2019s providers of medically assisted death states that doctors have a professional obligation to bring up MAID as an option, when it\u2019s \u201cmedically relevant\u201d and the person is likely eligible, as part of the informed consent process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThere is no legal restriction on who can raise the subject of MAID with someone with a grievous and irremediable illness, disease or disability, provided the intent is not to induce, persuade or convince the person to request an assisted death, says the Canadian Association of MAID Assessors and Providers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cBut some ethicists argue that introducing death as a \u2018treatment option,\u2019 without the person suggesting it first, is seriously problematic, especially within the expanding realm of MAID, and that people could be unduly influenced to choose to have their life intentionally ended, given the power dynamics of the doctor-patient relationship.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5371\" src=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"37\" srcset=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif 500w, https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line-300x22.gif 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Still want to live? They\u2019ll just <a href=\"https:\/\/hotair.com\/david-strom\/2022\/11\/14\/canada-is-all-in-on-medical-murder-n510646\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">make your life miserable<\/a> until you cave.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cHearing loss, depression, and indeed any physical or mental disability is considered a reason for murdering a person through assisted suicide. And if the idea doesn\u2019t occur to you on your own, the medical professionals and even counselors will helpfully suggest offing yourself without prompting. In some cases they may even refuse a patient care as an incentive to wish for death.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThey can\u2019t just kill you without permission, but they sure can make you want to die.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThat is the case with our latest victim of the Canadian health care system, Roger Foley.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cRoger is suffering from a debilitating degenerative disease, and his future is not bright no matter what the doctors do. He is an expensive patient to care for, and he doesn\u2019t have deep pockets to pay for that care. The government does, although it will never see any return on an investment in keeping Roger alive and functioning.
