Buckley, Jr.\u2019s \u201cFiring Line\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The City of New York began rapidly sliding back into the hellhole it was in the 1970s and 1980s under the previous Mayor of New York, Bill de Blasio, and despite a new Mayor, some question if this slide can be stopped. Let us look back upon the late 1990s when New York\u2019s previous decline was stopped and even to a degree reversed, with William F.
