\u201cLiving brain cells in a dish can learn to play the video game Pong when they are placed in what researchers describe as a \u2018virtual game world\u2019. \u2018We think it\u2019s fair to call them cyborg brains,\u2019 says Brett Kagan, chief scientific officer of Cortical Labs, who leads the research.<\/p>\n
