autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Carrying on\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5372\" src=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/EaglewithFlag.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"203\" height=\"176\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;What was once the receptacle of the knowledge of Western Civilization has become <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecollegefix.com\/cornell-professors-demand-university-decolonize-curricula-across-the-board\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the form of its destructor<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cA group of Cornell University faculty, graduate students and staff sent a letter to the university administration with a handful of demands.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cIn particular, the activists at the Ivy League school want to see a change in the curricula to emphasize \u2018decolonized readings.\u2019<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cIt\u2019s one of a number of demands made at the university to address the treatment of black, indigenous and people of color, referred to through the letter as \u2018BIPOC.\u2019 The school has previously responded to other demands made by activists this summer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe group demanded in its September 8 letter posted to Medium that administrators \u2018embed decolonized readings in every possible course at Cornell, including but not necessarily limited to the social sciences and humanities.\u2019&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5371\" src=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"37\" srcset=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif 500w, https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line-300x22.gif 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;If history isn\u2019t woke enough for you, change history\u2026 or at least what is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecollegefix.com\/education-scholars-criticize-college-board-for-revising-history\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">believed<\/a> to be the history.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cUniversity officials should also \u2018[m]ake decolonized reading lists more accessible to members of our community\u2019 and include \u2018the voices of BIPOC scholars in every area of study, within and beyond the humanities and social sciences.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe quality of history education has gone down because of the College Board, scholars argue<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2018Publishers write their history textbooks so they will be adopted by AP history classes,\u2019 David Randall of the National Association of Scholars said at the beginning of a discussion on the College Board\u2019s effect on history education.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe association hosted the discussion on November 18, titled \u2018Becoming a Citizen: The College Board &amp;
