Book burning used to be considered a sign of fascism and oppression, but recently it has become a necessary virtue signal for \u201canti-racist<\/a>\u201d wokeness<\/a>. So of course<\/em> Canada<\/a> has to join in.<\/p>\n \u201cThe \u2018flame purification\u2019 ceremony, first reported by Radio Canada, was held in 2019 by the Conseil scolaire catholique Providence, which oversees elementary and secondary schools in southwestern Ontario.
