What the heck are those things? <a href=\"https:\/\/campusreform.org\/article?id=17030\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Invented genders at New York University<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNew York University provided more than two dozen gender options on a student survey.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c[I]t reportedly included a question about gender identity, which allowed students to choose from more than 30 different options.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cAmong these options were \u2018boi,\u2019 \u2018maverick,\u2019 \u2018aliagender,\u2019 \u2018butch,\u2019 \u2018demiboy,\u2019 \u2018gender apathetic,\u2019 \u2018graygender,\u2019 \u2018pangender,\u2019 \u2018neutrois,\u2019 \u2018masculine of center,\u2019 and \u2018feminine of center.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5371\" src=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"37\" srcset=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif 500w, https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line-300x22.gif 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;There are infinite genders, yet there is also <a href=\"https:\/\/californiaglobe.com\/section-2\/new-ca-bill-to-require-gender-neutral-retail-departments\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">no difference in genders at all<\/a>, according to some California legislators!<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cAssembly members Evan Low and Cristina Garcia introduced Assembly Bill 1084 to require gender neutral retail departments. The bill would add Part 2.57 (commencing with Section 55.7) to Division 1 of the Civil Code.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSection One of the bill would add Part 2.57, which would be titled \u2018Gender Neutral Retail Departments.\u2019 The bill would specify legislative findings and declarations that there are unjustified differences in similar products that are traditionally marketed either for girls or for boys can be more easily identified by the consumer if similar items are displayed closer to one another in one, undivided area of the retail sales floor. In addition, keeping similar items that are traditionally marketed either for girls or for boys separated makes it more difficult for the consumer to compare the products and incorrectly implies that their use by one gender is inappropriate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe bill would specify that a retail department store that offers childcare items for sale is required to maintain one undivided area of its sales floor where the majority of the childcare items being offered shall be displayed, regardless of whether a particular childcare item has been traditionally marketed for either girls or for boys. In addition, a retail department store that offers children\u2019s clothing for sale, as well as toys for sale, would be required to maintain one undivided area of its sales floor where the majority of the children\u2019s clothing being offered shall be displayed, regardless of whether a particular article of children\u2019s clothing has been traditionally marketed for either girls or for boys. The bill defines the terms \u2018childcare item,\u2019 \u2018clothing,\u2019 and \u2018toy.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5371\" src=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"37\" srcset=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif 500w, https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line-300x22.gif 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Old \u201cgender\u201d norms are so oppressive, that <a href=\"https:\/\/campusreform.org\/?ID=15159\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">even the Constitution has to go<\/a>!<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cA law professor is calling for changes to the \u2018outdated\u2019 language of the Constitution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cRichard Albert, a professor of law and government at the University of Texas-Austin, denounced the Constitution in an op-ed for The Hill published Tuesday, saying that \u2018its gendered and racist words stand in the way of true reconciliation in this divided country and have no place in any modern society.\u2019<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cAlbert cites the 13th Amendment as an example of racism in the Constitution, saying that although it abolishes slavery it still includes the Fugitive Slave Clause; which, remaining in the Constitution, is \u2018a painful reminder of America\u2019s original sin.\u2019<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe Constitution\u2019s language also discriminates based on gender, Albert says. It uses exclusively male pronouns when referring to the presidency, he points out, admitting that this did not prevent Hillary Clinton from running in 2016, but suggests that the first woman to be elected to the House of Representatives &#8212; Jeannette Rankin (R-Mont.), 100 years prior to Clinton\u2019s candidacy &#8212; faced disapproval merely because the Constitution\u2019s language only allowed for male leaders.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2018Imagine how schoolchildren must feel when they read the Constitution in their basic civics course.
