In 2005, Gabriel sang to Pope Benedict and Celine Dion to flesh out his dream of becoming an international singer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cWard\u2019s jokes called Gabriel a bad singer, stating that he was \u2018terminally ill\u2019 and that Gabriel not passing away meant that his Make a Wish\u2019 was invalid. Gabriel was not actually terminally ill, as Gabriel\u2019s genetic disease\u2014Treacher Collins syndrome\u2014does not generally have an effect on lifespan. He was also not a Make-a-Wish kid, as Ward was embellishing the story for the sake of the joke.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cWard\u2019s jokes make have been tasteless, but does that mean he should have to pay $35,000? I don\u2019t think so, but the Quebec Human Rights Tribunal ruled the joke was discrimination against Gabriel and his parents and ordered Ward to pay damages for \u2018making discriminatory comments regarding J\u00e9remy Gabriel, infringing his right to equality.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5371\" src=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"37\" srcset=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif 500w, https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line-300x22.gif 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;How bad is censorship in the U.K.? So bad that even their high court was taken aback as what the police there were doing, which was <a href=\"https:\/\/legalinsurrection.com\/2020\/02\/uk-judge-compares-police-to-gestapo-over-probe-into-transphobic-tweets\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">likened to the Cheka or the Gestapo<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cHarry Miller, himself a former police officer and now a businessman, was reportedly harassed by the police at his workplace for poking fun at the notion of self-assigning one\u2019s gender. \u2018We need to check your thinking,\u2019 one of the officers told the 54-year-old defendant when they showed up at his workplace, Daily Telegraph reported. The local police also approached the directors of his company in an apparent attempt to intimidate him.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2018I was assigned mammal at birth, but my orientation is fish. Don\u2019t mis-species me,\u2019 Miller had written in one of his seemingly harmless tweets. He was also charged with \u201chate incident\u201d for retweeting a poem deemed offensive to transgenders.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cPolice Constable Mansoor Gul admitted \u2018educating\u2019 Miller on the transgender issue. \u2018What you need to understand is that you can have a fetus with a female brain that grows male body parts and that\u2019s what a transgender person is,\u2019 he reportedly told Miller.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5371\" src=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"37\" srcset=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif 500w, https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line-300x22.gif 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;If you don\u2019t call a man a woman if he claims to be, then welcome to years in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalreview.com\/corner\/norways-lgbtq-hate-speech-law\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Norwegian jail<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe latest example is Norway, which has just amended its penal code, first passed in 1981, to outlaw even \u2018private remarks\u2019 that the ruling class considers offensive. Reuters reports: \u2018People found guilty of hate speech face a fine or up to a year in jail for private remarks, and a maximum of three years in jail for public comments, according to the penal code.\u2019<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cWhat makes this amendment particularly gratuitous is that Norway is, as Reuters puts it, \u2018one of the most liberal countries in Europe for LGBT+ people.\u2019 The country operates on a full system of self-identification, and no medical proof is required to change one\u2019s legal gender. LGBTQ+ ideology has been mainstreamed in every sphere of life imaginable.
