\nC<\/strong>: OK, fine, I’ll tolerate it.<\/p>\n

—–Act II – A year later—-<\/p>\n

L<\/strong>: Check out this thing.
\nC<\/strong>: That’s the thing from last year. I’m tolerating it.
\nL<\/strong>: Tolerance is hateful. You have to affirm.
\nC<\/strong>: Don’t wanna affirm. Look, I’m leaving it alone, okay?
\nL<\/strong>: No, you’re oppressing it with your hate.
\nC<\/strong>: OK, fine, I’ll affirm.<\/p>\n

—–Act III – A year later—-<\/p>\n

L<\/strong>: Check this thing out.
\nC<\/strong>: Fine, yes, I have to affirm the thing.
\nL<\/strong>: Affirmation isn’t enough. You must sanction, celebrate, and teach your children that it’s valid.
\nC<\/strong>: Seriously, just leave me the hell alone. I don’t want to do any of those things.
