     A measure has been introduced to the Oregon legislature to outlaw diesel fuel in Oregon<\/a>. \u00a0 This is one of those measures that you only have to read the plain text of the legislative summary to understand quite explicitly that this is exactly what they are trying to do.<\/p>\n

\u201cProhibits retail dealer, nonretail dealer or wholesale dealer from selling petroleum diesel for use in motor vehicle on or after specified dates. Requires public improvement contract to require that motor vehicles be powered by fuel other than petroleum diesel. Prohibits public body from using petroleum diesel in motor vehicle under control of public body.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

     Even if Democrats in Congress can\u2019t push through a \u201cGreen New Deal\u201d on the Federal level, doesn\u2019t stop even more Left-wing states from doing it on the state level.<\/p>\n
