     The “Model State Constitution<\/a>” has been around, with revisions, for 100 years now.\u00a0 As someone who used to read current and former state constitutions for fun and relaxation, I’ve found the “model” constitution to be lacking and not especially good as restraining abuse of power as other current or state constitutions, or provisions thereof.<\/p>\n

     A few years ago I toyed around with the idea of working collaboratively with others to put together a conservative model state constitution.<\/p>\n

     I’m thinking of trying to do so again.<\/p>\n
