Further, <a href=\"https:\/\/campusreform.org\/?ID=15275\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">you will be made to participate<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cUniversities around the country are implementing courses, modules, and training procedures to educate faculty and students about the supposed prevalence of racism in the United States and on their individual campuses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cA few of the universities involved with these new anti-racism modules include the University of Colorado-Boulder, Bates College, Duke University, Marymount Manhattan College, Texas A&amp;M, Harvard University, and Framingham State University.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cIn some cases, the completion of anti-racism training and modules will be mandatory as a new addition to the university\u2019s curriculum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c[One such] module was designed in order to explore, \u2018the toxicity of racism in U.S. history, U.S. life and at CU Boulder and delves into ways to act against it in our daily lives on and off-campus.\u2019 When it comes to staff at the University of Colorado-Boulder, the university intends to include a \u201cmandatory bystander training\u201d for staff to recognize and call out racism on campus.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5371\" src=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"37\" srcset=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif 500w, https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line-300x22.gif 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;And of course you must <a href=\"https:\/\/campusreform.org\/?ID=15939\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">proffer<\/a> the way you will achieve their desire for \u201canti-racism\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEmployees from Edmonds College\u2019s Pre-College division were asked to create at least one \u2018anti-racist\u2019 goal to be submitted to their superiors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cIn a recent email, obtained by Campus Reform, Edmonds College instructed staff members to develop \u2018at least one goal related to being anti-racist\u201d by Oct. 16. The college stated that this initiative comes \u201cin the wake of the acquittal of the officers who killed Breonna Taylor.\u2019<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cStaff members were asked to report their goals to supervisors by the Oct. 16 deadline. Included in the email was a list of web resources intended to provide employees with guidance when creating their anti-racist goals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cAmong these were \u2018A Dozen-Plus Ways You Can Foster Educational Equity\u2019 and \u2018Becoming an Anti-Racist Educator.\u2019<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe former encourages educators to insert race into their teaching, combat \u2018microaggressions\u2019 and tweak grading practices to benefit minority students whereas the latter claims all White people should become anti-racist by \u2018taking responsibility for [their] power and privilege, acknowledging the feelings you have to increased multiculturalism, cultivating a desire for understanding and growth.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5371\" src=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"37\" srcset=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif 500w, https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line-300x22.gif 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Your future will depend on your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nas.org\/blogs\/article\/ut-austin-proposes-political-litmus-tests-for-faculty-hiring-promotion-and-scholarship\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">wokeness<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cApplicants\u2019 requirement to \u2018address any past contributions, as well as their current commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion\u2019\u2014which, again, only includes diversity of physical, social, and legal \u2018identities\u2019\u2014is nothing more than an ideological litmus test. It elevates diversity of identity to an end in itself. Requirements such as these quash academic freedom and intellectual diversity before hiring even occurs. They intend to weed out those applicants who would prove problematic for the diversity regime.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe Plan aims to \u2018eliminate disparities\u2019 in 1) faculty salaries, 2) faculty awards, 3) leadership and committee membership, and 4) positions of leadership within departments and CSs, inequities presumed to be caused by identity. It also would require the creation of one \u2018diversity officer\u2019 per CS, with a second officer recommended for larger schools. These officers would design and implement resources and trainings for all faculty and administrators at every CS in order to create an \u2018inclusive\u2019 environment at UT Austin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThis objective assumes that different physical, social, and legal identities create \u2018knowledges, positionalities, and experiences\u2019 that are distinct from one another. Therefore, the faculty, as well as the scholarship it produces, will be incomplete until total quota-enforced identity-based diversity is achieved.
