Daniel Didech (D-Buffalo Grove).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThat\u2019s why Didech is proposing gun buyers reveal their public social media accounts to Illinois police before they\u2019re approved for a firearm license.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2018A lot of people who are having mental health issues will often post on their social media pages that they\u2019re about to hurt themselves or others,\u2019 Didech said. \u2018We need to give those people the help they need.\u2019<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cPro-gun groups are outraged.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5371\" src=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"37\" srcset=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif 500w, https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line-300x22.gif 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Forget the recounts or Dominion voting machines, apparently the mere act of <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/XAzcp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">voting for Trump is now Unconstitutional<\/a>!<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cRather than excuse racist voters or try to figure out how to live with their choices, he argues that racist voting is not just immoral, but illegal. The government, Smith says, has the ability, and the responsibility, to address it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThis sounds radical. But Smith argues that it&#8217;s in line with the Constitution and with years of court rulings. For example, Smith points out that racist appeals in union elections are illegal and that an election in which one side uses racist appeals can be invalidated by the National Labor Relations Board. Similarly, in the 2016 case Pe\u00f1a v.
