The \u201cracial equity\u201d indoctrination is more widespread than many people realize. Not even an Executive Order from the President can stop it at state\/local government or private companies. Case in point: The total take over of Seattle and Kings County, Washington by the ideology of \u201cracial equity\u201d and the Critical Race Theory that underlies it.<\/p>\n

     Racial segregation, systemic inequality, and open discrimination and harassment the official policy of many of the government organs in and around Seattle. \u00a0 Christopher Rufo has yet again done yeoman\u2019s work uncovering leaked documents that prove the \u201cwokeness\u201d that has metathesized throughout the Seattle area<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt the King County Library System, a private consulting firm called Racial Equity Consultants recently held racially-segregated \u2018listening sessions\u2019 as part of the library\u2019s ongoing racial justice programs. The consultants \u2018begin with an anti-oppression framework\u2019 and use segregated sessions in order to root out \u2018institutional privileges and systemic inequities embedded in the current socio-political conditions that influence and affect our institutions.\u2019 The consultants discovered widespread \u2018institutional racism\u2019 in the library system\u2014and dismissed employees who reported \u2018not experiencing or witnessing racism while working at KCLS\u2019 as likely suffering from the false consciousness of \u2018internalized racism.\u2019 When reached by e-mail, Racial Equity Consultants said it was not authorized to comment.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt the Veterans Administration Puget Sound facility, the local leadership has launched a series of racially-segregated \u2018caucuses\u2019 for \u2018individuals who identify as white,\u2019 \u2018individuals who identity as African American or Black,\u2019 and \u2018individuals who identity as people of color.\u2019 According to whistleblower emails, the organizer of the sessions, Dr. Jesse Markman, initially \u2018felt uncomfortable suggesting, as a white person, what [he] perceived, at the time, to be segregation.\u2019 However, after consultation with outside diversity trainers, Markman decided to move forward with the racially-segregated sessions, calling them \u2018an environment for sharing and discussion, which is not afforded by mixed groups.\u2019 When contacted by e-mail, Dr. Markman referred the inquiry to the VA\u2019s Public Affairs Office, which did not provide comment.<\/p>\n

\u201cFinally, at the King County Prosecutor\u2019s Office, Prosecutor Dan Satterberg and senior staff have recently required employees to sign a \u2018equity and social justice\u2019 pledge and assigned \u2018continued training for white employees,\u2019 who must \u2018do the work\u2019 to \u2018learn the true history of racism in our country.\u2019 As part of the new initiative, white employees are encouraged to participate in racially-designated \u2018white antiracist action groups,\u2019 as well as agency-wide \u2018cultural competency\u2019 training that teaches them to how to \u2018accept responsibility for their own racism, sexism, [and] hetereosexism.\u2019 According to leaked emails, Satterberg recently wrote a letter to staff declaring that the \u2018privileged white male cohort\u2019 in his office should \u2018shut up and listen to the truths of those impacted by racism,\u2019 then commit to the program of \u2018antiracism.\u2019 The prosecutor\u2019s office confirmed the authenticity of the equity pledge and staff-wide memo, but Prosecutor Satterberg did not offer comment.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

     Yet again we see paid consultants who get paid crudloads of money to peddle their bigotry. But this insanity has become embedded within organizations who use innocuous or even positive sounding words (e<\/em>.g<\/em>. \u201cequity\u201d) while peddling inequality and collective racial shaming in what is known as a \u201cMotte & Bailey\u201d fallacy.<\/p>\n

In response, the King County Library System offered a non-apology apology.<\/p>\n

     Notice how they use words like \u201cdiversity\u201d while peddling<\/a> ideological uniformity, words like \u201cequity\u201d but avoid words like \u201cequality\u201d, and \u201cinclusion\u201d while they push segregation. It\u2019s Orwellian<\/a>.<\/p>\n
