autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;What does this have to do with the 21<sup>st<\/sup> century?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Sadly, increasingly quite a lot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;With anti-racist training, meetings, and modern day struggle sessions becoming more common, those who don\u2019t show sufficient enthusiasm, as with the \u201cStalin clapping test\u201d above will find themselves the target of a purge, like a NYC professor who is facing job termination for \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RichLowry\/status\/1283603320884559872\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">resting her eyes<\/a>\u201d during an \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20200718042826\/https:\/\/www.newsweek.com\/petition-fire-nyc-professor-accused-sleeping-during-anti-racist-meeting-gathers-2000-signatures-1518056\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">anti-racist meeting<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNearly 2,000 people called for the termination of a New York City professor after she reportedly fell asleep during an anti-racist meeting held on Zoom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cPatricia Simon, a theater arts associate professor at Marymount Manhattan College, is facing requests for her removal after a June 29 Zoom meeting to discuss the adoption of an &#8220;anti-racist framework.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe Change.org petition reached 1,902 supporters before being closed.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;This is the Stalin Clapping test of the year <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/scottcjordan\/status\/1283797469067767809\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2020<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Of course, this doesn\u2019t mean that <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ramonagusta\/status\/1284549275511336960\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">literal clapping<\/a> will not be expected, as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thescottishsun.co.uk\/news\/5794074\/scots-react-nicola-sturgeon-50-clap\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Scotland<\/a> clearly is showing.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cScots share mixed reactions to \u2018Clap for Nicola Sturgeon\u2019 event organised for First Minister\u2019s 50th birthday<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cMore than 3,000 people have pledged to take part so far &#8211;
