Daniel Hunt, titled \u2018An Act regarding the use of offensive words,\u2019 states: \u2018A person who uses the word \u201cbitch\u201d directed at another person to accost, annoy, degrade or demean the other person shall be considered to be a disorderly person.\u2019 Penalties for a disorderly conduct conviction include a $150 fine for a first offense and $200 or 6 months in prison for subsequent offenses.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5371\" src=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"37\" srcset=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif 500w, https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line-300x22.gif 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<!--more-->Apparently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.campusreform.org\/?ID=13898\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Connecticut<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/campusreform.org\/?ID=14190\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">lost<\/a> the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecollegefix.com\/judge-stops-uconn-from-punishing-students-for-yelling-n-word-in-a-parking-lot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">note<\/a> that the <a href=\"https:\/\/reason.com\/2018\/08\/06\/racial-ridicule-is-a-crime-in-connecticu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">right to free speech<\/a> exists\u2026<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cConnecticut General Statutes \u00a7 53-37 (which, oddly enough, is listed in some Connecticut government documents under the \u2018affirmative action\u2019 category, as in this Affirmative Action Policy Statement and this Affirmative Action\u2014Laws List) provides:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2018Any person who, by his advertisement, ridicules or holds up to contempt any person or class of persons, on account of the creed, religion, color, denomination, nationality or race of such person or class of persons, shall be fined not more than fifty dollars or imprisoned not more than thirty days or both.\u2019<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cAnd, as best we can tell, prosecutors have averaged a bit over one conviction per year under the statute from 2000 to 2016, and in 2017 they had four prosecutions\u2014two that were dropped, and two that were still pending as of the end of 2017. \u201c<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5371\" src=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"37\" srcset=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif 500w, https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line-300x22.gif 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;New York City, under hardcore Leftist Bill de Blasio, thinks that <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20191007214558\/https:\/\/www.reviewjournal.com\/opinion\/opinion-columns\/victor-joecks\/victor-joecks-nyc-could-fine-you-250k-for-reading-this-column-aloud-1864740\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">a quarter of a million dollar fine<\/a> for saying or using the term \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2019\/09\/26\/city-bans-calling-someone-an-illegal-alien-out-of-hate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">illegal alien<\/a>\u201d is spiffy.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cIt\u2019s now against the law in New York City to threaten someone with a call to immigration authorities or refer to them as an \u201cillegal alien\u201d when motivated by hate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe restrictions \u2014 violations of which are punishable by fines of up to $250,000 per offense \u2014 are outlined in a 29-page directive released by City Hall\u2019s Commission on Human Rights.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align:
