<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Carrying on\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16441\" src=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/thats-racist.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"268\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Since free speech encompasses horrible utterances (such as Social Justice rhetoric), it is considered <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecollegefix.com\/professor-calls-free-speech-racist-audio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">evil<\/a> because those who are evil (such as Social Justice advocates) can\u2019t silence dissenters while true free speech is protected.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cA University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill professor recently called free speech racist and said he worries that if a Democratic presidential candidate wins the 2020 election it could spark another Civil War.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEric King Watts, an associate professor of communication studies, made the comments during his keynote speech \u201cTribalism, Voicelessness, and the Problem of Free Speech\u201d that kicked off a two-day conference on free speech.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2018Democracy needs free speech, but it is increasingly vulnerable to its excesses,\u2019 Watts said in his speech.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2018I will first set forth how freedom of speech is implicated in racism by linking its historical contingency to the production of blackened flesh,\u2019 Watts said. \u2018I will demonstrate how racism produces its uneven distribution of capacity and debility\u2026.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5371\" src=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"37\" srcset=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif 500w, https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line-300x22.gif 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--> Of course, pesky parents who don\u2019t want their kids brainwashed are an impediment to the brainwashers, and thus must be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecollegefix.com\/social-justice-program-says-teachers-should-reject-and-resist-parents-who-disagree-with-it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">designated as racist<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cA social justice schooling program meant to train teachers in eliminating racial disparities between students also instructs them how to treat individuals who disagree with the program\u2019s ideas, ordering them to \u2018explicitly reject and resist\u2019 parents and other outsiders who take issue with the curriculum\u2019s content.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cA spokesperson for the company refused to directly address this mandate even after being asked about it multiple times.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe program, called \u2018Deep Equity,\u2019 is offered by Corwin Press, a subsidiary of SAGE. According to its website, the program was developed by Gary Howard, a self-proclaimed civil rights activist with experience in \u2018social justice, equity, education, and diversity.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5371\" src=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"37\" srcset=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif 500w, https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line-300x22.gif 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \u201cDiversity\u201d is often touted as the be-all end-all of collegiate pursuits. But there is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.powerlineblog.com\/archives\/2020\/02\/premoting-campus-freedom-and-intellectual-diversity-the-third-legislative-wave.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">no greater racist threat<\/a> to \u201cdiversity\u201d than <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nas.org\/blogs\/article\/the_campus_intellectual_diversity_act\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">actual intellectual diversity<\/a>\u2026<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe basic idea is to have public universities create offices of Public Policy Events, which would be charged with organizing debates, panel discussions, and individual lectures designed to explore widely debated public-policy issues from divergent and competing perspectives. So, for example, the office might arrange debates on issues like trade, immigration, abortion, the Green New Deal, or single-payer health care. The office would also invite individual speakers to address such issues at different times and from different perspectives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe Office of Public Policy Events would publish a calendar listing all the events it organized, with the topics and speakers, and would make videos of its events available to the public. Academic departments and student groups could go on as usual inviting any speakers they like, with no requirement for balance. The Office of Public Policy Events would also publish a record of all public policy-related events on campus.
