Marco Rubio <a href=\"http:\/\/twitchy.com\/2013\/02\/12\/biggest-news-of-the-night-marco-rubios-awkward-water-grab\" target=\"_blank\">demonstrated this<\/a> during his English language, which for all of its astute rebuttal to Pres. Obama, will be remembered for this:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"420\" height=\"315\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/pl4plPGRG8o\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;As unfair as this may seem, Rubio&#8217;s English language response does indeed show a lack of presentation ability that ended up drowning out the message he intended to deliver, and instead gave a &#8220;not ready for prime-time&#8221; vibe.\u00a0 This can be demonstrated by comparing his English language speech with another speech where the hesitation, the fiddling with his head, and his now infamous water grab, with a far superior speech that demonstrates self-assurance and strong delivery: His <em>Spanish<\/em> language response.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Compare and contrast:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Rubio&#8217;s Spanish language response:<br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/h2ec6HQKsIg\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Rubio&#8217;s English language response:<br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/lSs_VvBSQuU\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Compare the tone of the speech in each version.\u00a0 In the Spanish language one he is self-confident.\u00a0 This is critically important, for how many people who you are trying to convince will actually be convinced if they do not believe that you yourself are convinced of your own convictions and plans?\u00a0 That conviction was lacking in the English language version.\u00a0 If there is any doubt that presentation matter, turn off the audio and examine his body language in each video.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Thankfully, Sen.
