What about <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thecollegefix.com\/post\/31485\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">funding denied<\/a> based on viewpoint-based discrimination?<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;In ruling against a satirical student newspaper that sued the University of California-San Diego after it was defunded for mocking safe spaces, Judge Jeffrey Miller appeared to validate Jim Crow-era discrimination\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;[The] ruling against The Koala [\u2026] could \u201cgut civil rights law for speakers well beyond campus publications'&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5371\" src=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"37\" srcset=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line.gif 500w, https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/eag_line-300x22.gif 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;At least those previous instances happened in a country protected by the 1<sup>st<\/sup> Amendment. Others are not so lucky.
