     Keeping students ignorant of the past makes them more susceptible to the influences of Progressive propaganda, while ginning up faux<\/em> outrages and fear mongering insures that most students, even if exposed to actual history and philosophy, will stay within the Progressive fold.<\/p>\n

     Case in point: Students believe that slavery never existed anywhere in the world before the Unites States of America<\/a> came about and somehow invented it, as tenured Professor Duke Pesta notes<\/a>:<\/p>\n

“I started giving quizzes to my juniors and seniors. I gave them a ten-question American history test\u2026 just to see where they are. The vast majority of my students – I\u2019m talking nine out of ten, in every single class, for seven consecutive years \u2013 they have no idea that slavery existed anywhere in the world before the United States. Moses, Pharaoh, they know none of it. They\u2019re 100% convinced that slavery is a uniquely American invention\u2026 How do you give an adequate view of history and culture to kids when that\u2019s what they think of their own country \u2013 that America invented slavery? That\u2019s all they know.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

     Actual history has been replaced with the Progressive belief in “systems of oppression” being created ex niliho<\/em> by “kyriarchs<\/a>“, and that the United State is uniquely evil.<\/p>\n
