Moonbeam isn&#8217;t anti-civil liberty when it comes to the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Amendment, and is pushing oppressive measures that will thrill the elite (who are protected by armed guards).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"420\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/WRpcJaGSU8Y\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Amongst the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sacbee.com\/news\/politics-government\/capitol-alert\/article39234468.html\" target=\"_blank\">provisions<\/a> he&#8217;d push:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Outlaw magazines that hold more than ten rounds.\u00a0 It has been illegal for decades now to buy a magazine that holds more than ten rounds, but existing magazines were grandfathered in.\u00a0 Now, Newsom wants to help criminals by hindering honest citizens&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/7F1nPSNnaBo\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The initiative would also require background check for&#8230; ammo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Already, the City of Los Angeles requires background checks and thumbprinting of all ammo buyers, as well as imposing 10 round magazine restrictions:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/BLofLOBj6E4\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Even more frighteningly, it would create the mechanism to confiscate firearms under the guise of &#8220;safety,&#8221; and ban gunsmiths from making their own custom arms.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;It would seem that Gavin Newsom believes in making love (to microphones) and not war (drive-by shootings, gang-banging, and drug related violence aside).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/impeachreno.org\/politicalhat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/Newsom-Microphone.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"Newsom Microphone\" width=\"290\" height=\"216\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10171\" \/><\/p>\n<p><meta name=\"twitter:card\" content=\"summary\"><meta name=\"twitter:site\" content=\"@PoliticHatBlog\"><meta name=\"twitter:creator\" content=\"@ThePoliticalHat\"><meta name=\"twitter:title\" content=\"Microphone Fellatio Aficionado Attacks Civil Liberties In California\"><meta name=\"twitter:description\" content=\"California Lt.
